For your protection, caterers need to have a city permit and insurance. Your caterer can bartend if they have a liquor license; if not we use Backstage to provide alcohol for our events.
You are allowed to choose your own vendors.
Because of Texas liquor laws, you are not allowed to bring your own alcohol.
The vendors that we suggest to our clients are selected on the following criteria: 1) They consistently follow through with their promises made to our clients. 2) They consistently provide a quality product and service to our clients.
There are sound systems available in both the chapel and atrium.
We can seat up to 250 around 60" round tables with a dance floor. We can hold more if it's just auditorium style seating.
The only cleaning you are responsible for is removing all of the items that you brought in. Trash needs to be placed in the trash cans, but do not need to be taken out. We break down the tables and chairs.
They will be there to assist you with any issues or problems that might arise.
Brides that have booked a wedding package with us will have use of the venue for their Bridal Portraits before the day of their event.
All of our areas have both A/C and heat.
Sparklers and fireworks are allowed outside providing there is no burn ban declared by the City of Lubbock on the day of your event. Candles are allowed on the tables and in candelabras but must have adequate protection from wax drippings.
